According to the news report, Proud Boy member and known street brawler, Tusitala “Tiny” Toese, has been found guilty on charges of assault, riot, and unlawful weapon possession. Toese was arrested following a violent altercation that occurred during a political rally in Portland, Oregon, in 2022. The jury found him guilty on all four counts against him and he now faces a potential prison sentence. The prosecution argued that Toese had a history of violent behavior and was an active participant in the Proud Boys’ extremist activities. The defense team maintained that Toese was defending himself against aggressive counter-protesters.
